Awful place - noisey noisey noisey...RUN!!!

I sadly live here and can't wait to get out...been asking about leaving since one week after moving in to this noise infested apartment. I was told by management it was a quiet place to live as I need to work at home. The noise is unbelievable, between hearing stuff through the walls, giggling, talking, and slamming cabinets alike, and the noisey screaming kids outside this place is a terror. It's destroying my business and my health as my neighbors never let me sleep and between them and the screaming kids I can't work. My advice - RUN RUN RUN....FASTER!!!

if people are screaming, why not call the cops? there are noise ordinances.

Yes, I live here too and have had problems with neighbors slamming cabinets, but the manager, Lisa, has been great at dealing with the problem. The night security also responds quickly. I agree the walls are too thin. I can always hear the guy next door yelling at his kids!

You are completely over exaggerating. This is a place where families live and if there is a screaming kid it's not like it doesn't bother their own parents. If you can't stand kids then why live in an apartment. why not buy a house. And that is correct about the courtesy patrol b/c if you have any problems you can just give them a call they will come out once to verify it and then go and talk to them. They explained this to me when I signed my paperwork.
