The staff is unfriendly, leaving countless Nastygrams that you find in the morning going to work. They even went as far as to leave us a message about the smoke in our apartment disturbing other tenants-but we never even smoked inside our apartment! And if you don't wash your car every week they will leave you little messages about that too saying you are making the complex look trashy. We only swam in the pool once or twice in the year we were here due to the large number of children in the pool or running around outside-EVERY NIGHT! And it is extremely noisy and the gardeners will damage your personal property with their leaf blowers without leaving a note! And the maintenance guy comes into your apartment every three months to inspect and replace filters on a scheduled day-but even then they sometimes just show up arbitrarily and catch you literally with your pants down!!! Take our advice and run away run far, far away!
