Nice professional management, well maintained, but horrific ant problems in the summer. However, I've never had problems with other pests inside the apartment (save for a few crickets and silverfish). But the ants are bad bad bad! Many many tenants have had similar problems. But the location here is GREAT! Close to downtown Chandler, the mall, and the 101. Oh, but the cabinetry is really cheap and yucky, more like particle board.
