This is a well managed clean and affordable place to live in Chandler. They make sure that everything is up to code and that there is a fire extinguisher in every apartment as well as outside of every building. They make sure that the air vents are changed 4 times a year and have 24 hour security service. They always follow up on maintenance requests and make sure that everyones car is up to code so as not to effect the appearance and safety of the apartment. Some posters dissaprove of this but making sure people are following speed limits and not breaking policy about pets and making sure tags are up to date are a benefit to everyone.
