As a single female, I can honestly say I feel very safe and comfortable here. There are quite a few Chandler police officers who live in the building which helps prevent alot of problems. It's very quiet at night, and through out the day as well. The property is only two years old, it's very, very clean,all the units have full size washer/dryers,the floor plans are very spacious, maintenance is very prompt and courteous, and Connie the manager is a sweetheart. And the best part, the rent is very reasonable for what you get. I would know, I work in property management and did my research. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone.
