I am not sure why this apt has received some bad reviews. I have always felt comfortable and safe here. The parking lot has plenty of room and is well-lit, the manager and staff are very nice and helpful, the maintenance always do a great job and are very quick to fix any problems, the apartments are big and clean and very nice, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful - everything I was looking for in an apartment. So, the decision is yours, but I am very happy to be living here.
