too much construction

I am paying for a luxury apartment in the middle of a construction lot.
This is going to go on for another year at least.
You cant use dobson half the time.
The rest of the time you have those stupid back up beeps from the dump trucks and semi's for 12 hours a nite.
Stay away until the construction is done if you want a good nite sleep.
The apt itself is very nice, except for the bugs.
Crickets, black widows and more.
I belive its because of all the construction.
but I kill 2 bugs a nite in my home.
All amenities are great except the pools are very small.
For as big the property is, they really should have put in bigger pools.
