I have lived at Cantara now for a little over 6 months, counting the days until my lease is up. For the price, the quality of the apartments are not worth it.
During the tour I was told the top and bottom floors are divided by concrete, which I know now is not true. The installation is horrible, and the carpet and tile is cheap.
At night, during the hot/warm parts of the season, I can hardly walk my dog outside because the sidewalks are just covered with crickets, roaches, a couple sun spiders, and to top it all off I have a blackwidow nest underneath my stairwell.
The only good thing I can say about Cantara are the nice floorplans, and lots of parking. If 2 goods qualities out of about 20 bad qualities works for you, then Cantara is the apartment for you.
