It seemed like such a great place.

I'm thinking of moving there so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Absolutely. There were bugs in every corner, everyday. Cockroaches, crickets and spiders were consistantly in the apartment. GROSS! Plus a window would leak water during the monsoons. I would never live here again.
