Im not sure what happened to this place. I remember visiting friends here before and it was a nice place. However, that was before Pillar took over. These apartments are so poorly constructed you can hear everyone of your neighbors, including their rowdy kids and animals. I feel sorry for the people that live above the garages. So far in the 4 months I have lived here, I have found a scorpion, many crickets (scorpion food), bees, and a few random spiders in my apartment. My patio and entry are constantly collecting wasp nests, and it took 4 days for the maintenece people to come out and remove it. (If a request takes more than 24 hours the website directs you to a number, and those folks just have you call the manager directly. The nieghbors above us have a 4 year old that is constantly running around, somedays I swear he/she is going to come through the floor. I understand kids are hyper and can usually deal with it, but there is nothing between the floors. While this is a gated community now, the gate is usually broken, and doesn't stop anybody from coming in. People park their trucks and trailers in such a way it takes up 8 spots. All really quite ridiculous. While the community seems nice on the tour, beware of what you may find after you sign that lease.

I have to agree with you about the noise, and the maintenance. We just have to put up with the fact that the dishwasher drains all over the counter instead of going into the sink. We are told "it's the way it's set up". Funny, never had any other apartment d/w do this.
