It's a holding pattern while we prepare for a house.

Parking is fine as long as you don't live in the front of the complex.
But if you have a full size truck, forget it.
You better have something like a Civic.
Request to live in the back, there is a ton of parking back there.
Noise-You might want to live upstairs.
I have had several upstairs neighbors come and go, and it sounds like the people are walking with concrete shoes.
You can hear water run through the pipes in my walls when the shower/toilet/dishwasher are being used.
You have interior hallways that echo when loud people come walking through.
My front door makes noise when the people across the hall shut their door.
Gounds-Consider getting a cat because there are a ton of crickets in the summer.Dog waste is everywhere.
You better take your dog to the nearest park cause you're going to need to check your shoes.
Lazy tenants wont walk to another dumpster if the one nearest their unit if full.
They just leave on the ground by the full one.
Safety- Never had any problems.
But the new gate SUCKS! It's always broken!
Construction- See comments on noise.
When we first moved in I think we had at least 5 workorders in place.
Can I tell you how much I hate my dishwashe.
Maintenance-It totally depends on what it is that needs fixing.
Staff-They're all nice but I'm sure they'd like to see us move out.
