I have lived at Cantera for 7 months now and I absolutely love it. Sonia and the rest of the office staff are professional and accommodating. The grounds are very well kept and my 2 bedroom apartment is just beautiful. I admit the maintenance team does need a little help fixing things but you will find that almost anywhere you go.
For the lady that is upset about the bugs and the noise it sounds like you should move to a house (this is apartment living) and move to another state bugs are everywhere in Arizona it is a desert. It also sounds like you need to keep your dog on a leash.
This is a beautiful place to live, I am sure you will enjoy it if you give it a chance. Don't listen to the dirty, whiney, criminals that would probably have a problem anywhere they lived.
