This apartment is full of cockroaches, crickets and spiders - its disgusting. Also they seem to entrap you in when you try to not renew your lease. anyone would assume a few weeks notice or telling them "im not renewing" would be sufficent enough for them to realize that you arent going to sign a contract when your old contract ends. well they have a strict 60 notice policy in small print. when you sign a lease you assume people will not rip you off and you dont highlight areas of a lease (or they dont tell you). well eventhough they call and leave notices about renewing, they never once ask you to come in and sign paperwork 2 months in advance of. therefore, when you tell them (a month early like we did with the last months rent) they say you should have come in earlier and now you need to pay 60 days more rent. they could have at anytime said, you need to come in during a their calls or notices on the doors. but they dont so you can get charged 60 days extra rent and line their pockets. they are crooks. anyone would assume not renewing means your you are leaving and telling 60 days prior to moving - well who knows if their house is done yet or if they want to move with 2 months to go. Its obsurb and they probably make 1000s of extra dollars by not being responsible and reminding their tenants of their stupid policy.

Maybe if you were educated and knew how to spell, you could read and understand the paperwork you are signing. My suggestion for when you sign the paperwork for your house is that you take someone who is smarter than you to help you. Do not blame the staff for your stupidity. Your apartment is probably disgusting that is why you have bugs. I have lived there for 2 years and have never had a bug in my CLEAN apartment. Clean your apartment & go to school.

Wow I was looking into moving into these apartments, but it is really disturbing to see how people in the management office are speaking to residents. I can't believe they would actually write such rude replies. It really does look unprofessional. I don't know about moving in there. My apartment now is not the greatest, but at least the staff isn't rude.
