You would not believe how horrible treatment I have received from the leasing agent (blond, curly hair). I have lived here for several years now but have never experienced such a rude, with attitude treatment before from anybody. Be ware.
Also I have noticed that they respond to resident complaints, I as a resident would rather have them train staff common courtesy in their free time then answer to comments online. So I know you were awful to me, can you please learn from this and at least try to be nice in the future. If you feel like you can't be nice maybe you should get out of customer service industry.

Gee it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see who wrote this review!!! What a pity that Villa staff is so undereducated that when they post a review they can't even come up with proper grammar!!! Hey Olga perhaps if you had even just a bit of class you wouldn't address potential residents with food in your mouth!!

I completely agree that blond is very rude and Cantera apartments are horrible.

The fact that apartment complex staff rivalry has gone as far as to post on this website is apalling. I have looked at Villa Pallavicini and Cantera and this makes me not want to move into either place. How comletely classless and unprofessional. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This sight is to help people make informed decisions and well... you are turning people away. You should both be fired.
