I just recently moved from Cantera and I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The staff was extremely rude when I moved out. When I moved in the apartment was very dirty I left it cleaner when I moved out and was still charged for a cleaning fee. I was also charged $60 for a key that was my old roommate's responsibility to turn in and I informed them of that they assured me their would be no charge and their still was a charge. They tell you there is a cop on site which is not true. The gates were always broken so anyone could come in. I also spoke with another resident that said her apartment was also very dirty when she moved in. It was always loud when I complained about the problems they said everything would be fixed right away but nothing was ever done about any problems. They only give you one parking spot and the parking area is very small many accidents because of the set up for parking its way to close together. I thought the apartments would be great I was very excited about living at Cantera but I was very wrong they were the worst. To anyone looking to move in take my advice look else where these people will charge you for everything when you move out. CANTERA IS HORRIBLE!!!!

Are you serious? This is the cleanest apartment and apartment complex I have ever lived in. How can maintenance fix a 'loud' problem?? Any work order I have put in maintenance fixes the very next day, and then they call me a few days later to make sure I was pleased with the service. Parking spots small? There are several trucks and SUVs next to my spot. They seem to fit fine, they are normal sized spots. Maybe you need to take parking lessons if you don't want 'accidents'. Cantera is far from horrible, it is the best complex I have ever lived in.

Cantera is the best complex I have ever lived in I have been here for over 4 years. The office staff is friendly and very caring, I have yet to see an accident if you know how to park your car correctly. There is a Chandler Police Officer that lives on the property, I see him every day walking around the complex at night a lot of the times in uniform and with a marked patrol car. This is the cleanest, and best complex in the valley as far as I'm concerned.
