I moved here from the slums of Las Vegas, I am soo happy that I can get a one bedroom for the price that I'm paying here and it's not only NEW but SAFE. I read some of the other reviews and disagree with some of it.

There is a cop that drives around at night, I've seen him several times.

The gates are broken sometimes, but this area is safe and I never even see people walking the street around the neighborhood. I have patio furniture that's been there since I moved in so obviously if there was crime I'm sure the stuff would be gone.

The parking spaces are normal sized, and yeah if you only have one apartment you're only going to get one parking spot (duh). There's plenty of uncovered parking, and the lights are functioning from what I've noticed.

I've moved around quite a bit, these apartments are the best I've ever lived in by far. The landscaping is well taken care of, the maintenance guys came to check out my apartment the week I moved in and fixed everything they could, they even offered to replace my tub because there was very slight damage around it. They gave me a welcome basket to welcome me to the area, followed up on the maintenance call to ensure everything was fixed, and are overall very friendly and accommodating. My apartment was completely clean when I moved in, with new carpet and paint. Of course you can hear the person above you. Unless you live in a concrete building, any apartment will have that problem.

What I don't understand why they have single paned windows in the bedroom, right now that it's winter time it tends to be colder in there. I can hear the freeway slightly, but I'm facing it so what can I expect'! I love this place, and intend to stay here as long as I can.

Like I said, I came from a place where I witnessed drug deals/shootings/crime on a weekly basis and paid as much as I'm paying for these apartments, this place is Paradise to me!
