I'm currently living at Cantera and decided to share my current thoughts. Out of the 8 complexes within a couple of miles, my wife and I liked Cantera the best. We still like it alot... except for one thing.

The AC sucks. The first day it was over 100 outside, it was, no exaggeration, 94F in my living room with the AC set on 75. We have had the maintenance people out 3 times and they tell us the AC is working properly. We have heat-blocking tinting on the sliding glass door, the bedroom windows are completely blocked out by Reflectix Insulation from Lowe's. It is STILL 80 degrees when I get home from work.

Yes, I made the mistake of getting a third floor west facing apartment. There is still no excuse.

This is not yet resolved despite the fact the management is "willing" to help, but not willing to do anything else to fix it now that maintenance has said its "working as intended."

Sorry to hear that. We have a 3rd floor SOUTH facing apartment and it's 70 degrees all day in our apartment.
