When I first moved into my one bedroom apartment it was nice no complaints (although my move in date had to be pushed back by a week----their mistake) Wasnt too noisy (besides monday mornings at 730am for lanscapers) and parking was easy. Halfway through my lease decided to upgrade to a 2bd with garage, and it could never have been worse after the transition. Neighbors were beyond terrible, and it wasnt just one of them.. It was the old lady downstairs, a crazy cat guy across the hall, and an obnoxious arrogant man adjacent. The staff stopped working with us on everything and I had to make a count down until I could leave. Be careful with the deposit, we left it ---- and span (other than the garage wasnt swept which was my fault) they took the entire deposit of about 400 and charge us more for who knows what. I would be very cautious with this place! Front pools were too crowded and full of tons and tons of kids,,,, back pool was freezing cold. Plus they are kinda over priced.
