My neighbors have had there apartment broken into and I had my car vandalized! The office staff is terrible to deal with and they will send you notices for the most petty things!

Notices .... hmmm I never had any but I keep a clean balcony and park in my cover parking spot but if you have an unauthorize pet or park in front someone garage area or don't clean your balcony off you deserve a notice or two...This why it is nice looking place because someone cares how there home looks.... This must be from the person down from me. I made serveral complaints about her trash, her boyfriend blocking the drive and her boxes on the balcony area. Plus I never had any problems with the office. It's nice the people care how the places is kept... This isn't the slums....

Can the previous responder stop acting like anyone who had problems with Cantera must be wrong. The person was just writing what happened to them and stating facts as was I in my review. I also had problems with thier notes. The first 2-3 days we moved in, we put our broken boxes on our balcony. Which is completely covered all around and on the third story so no one except our next door neighbor could even see them. We got notes EVERYDAY telling us we had to move them. I guess they dont have much better to do than walk up and down the stairs everyday checking people's balconys and writing thier little notes.

I agree petty notices, I kept getting them for cigrates supposly being thrown from my balcony... However I dont smoke.
