When I moved in, I thought these were the best apartments...

management seemed helpful and friendly and always willing to help.

However about 4 months ago something changed and any time I went to them for help they would tell me that they could not do anything.

examples: Noise levels in the morning around 7am from landscapers or installers.

Also they do give you notices for multiple things..

They blanket a building group, example was a letter I got for cigarette butts being thrown off my balcony (I don t smoke'')

As for the security deposit, don t expect any back.

I had the floors steamed cleaned and everything cleaned up .

However they still ripped out the carpet and charged me a bunch of miscellaneous fees to eat up the deposit.

Glad I moved out
