I have lived at Chandler Court for a little over a year now. I just signed a 14 month renewal lease. The community is older and not the prettiest place to live, but it is close to the mall, and the manager is great.

My A/C has broken down about 5 times since the summer started, and each time they came to fix it right away. I personally like a more upscale place, but I stay for the staff. I have good neighbors, and I like having a 2 story town house. The prices are competitive. I did hear that they were about $300 less before the mall was built though.

Overall, I think that this is a great place to live. It is a perfect place if you are having financial difficulties and just want to get into something modest until you are able to get ahead.

I would recommend living here if you are looking for a place to rent until you can buy. I am not happy so to speak, but I am satisfied. I will not move until I buy a house.
