Going way downhill way too fast

I'm going to review this place based on the last six months, and my recommendation is don't bother. The reason we moved here is because it was cheap, quiet, and a decent location. Some of the neighbors are nice, but most of the nice ones have moved on and have been replaced by trailer trash. The carpet in this place is cheap. Old stains came through about 3 weeks after we moved in. It's also coming up at the seems. This place gets way too hot, bad thing in the summer as our electric bill was almost 200 bones. Everything is falling apart inside these apartments; the back door sticks to where you have to strain to push it open, the shower, the toilets overflow, and bugs everywhere. This place is no longer really that safe either. Tons of stuff have been stolen off my back patio, and there is a group of creapy jerks who hang around the back of the complex. A combination of those creepy jerks and the terrible lighting, I'd be surprised if someone doesn't get raped or a child doesn't get abducted. And worst of all, the management just doesn't seem to care. Please don't move here! You'd be better off buying a house.
