We've only lived here for a few weeks and let me tell you if you like living with roaches and in the heat, this is the place for you. The upstairs is always hot. Maintenance suggested we close off all of the vents downstairs every night to keep the upstairs cool. What a hassle & it still doesn't cool off much. I'm afraid to walk into the kitchen for fear of finding roaches. I won't even open the cabinets. They are everywhere. I have a toddler & roached are not a good thing. They sprayed, but it hasn't worked yet. Initially we thought what a good price and neighborhood for a townhome. Now we know why. I wish I had found this website BEFORE we moved in....This place needs a major renovation.
