Great Price for Modest Living

I chose this place because it was cheap and the complex was close to work. I've lived here for almost a year and have had no problems. Maintenance is very quick, the staff is nice, my neighbors are respectful, and the complex is well kept. The pool is a little nasty though and the carpeting and kitchen cabinets aren't made form the finest quality, but I am okay with it considering I'm paying a much lower rent then my friends at their luxury apartments.
