Oh Geez where do I start!?

First off, Marco the maint. guy is REALLY nice and will get things done... along with al lthe maint. guys... props to you guys! The 2nd day we lived there our whole bottom floor flooded due to our toilets over flooding and getting clogged (its happened three time so far) All due to the tree in the front by our front door...the roots are growing through the plumbing! Garbage disposal broke, fridge isn't at its coldest (on max) same with freezer. The cabinets are press board.... looks like ----. Its embarressing to bring people over. They at night, around 2:30am, about 3 times a week it seems like, our neighbors two doors down are laughing, talking, drunk and smoking... and the walls are so damn thin that it wakes your --- up, it sounds like they are in the room with you. Everything Breaks... everything down to the drawer upstairs in the bathroom... and OHH The plumbing is REALLLLY loud... wake up my 1 year old daughter everytime I flush the toilet, or take a shower. I haven't seen any roaches like some say... so thats good! The floors upstairs are REALLY creeky... that wakes my daughter up too... you cannot be sneeky in this apt!! now, about the rooms and living room and dining room... I guess ALL the rooms are really tiny. we wanted to get a dining room set, OH... can't do that, no room. We wanted to get a nice bedrom set..... oh man, can't do that!! We are stuck here for another 5 months... and we are HATING it. We would love to break the lease.... but you have to give 30 days notice... maybe 60. Then you have to pay a month and 1/2 rent to get out... THEN if someone doesnt move in.. you have to continue to pay until filled. The rent right now it $766.... but just heard that it is going up to $935..... OMG!!! For this place?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!!!!!! Thats REDIC! Everyone.... run while you can. These people shouldn't be getting your money... Go get a BETTER newer apt!! please! There is many things that I left out... like problems! but you get the drift right?

Have you thought about trying to transfer to another equity residential property? Thats the only way I can afford to get out of here, so I've already started looking around for a new place. I think they charge a transfer fee and 30 day notice, but its better than 1 and 1/2 rent.
