I have been a resident since 5/04 and have been impressed by the improvements that have been made to the facilities and by the friendly staff. Recent improvements like a newly repaved parking lot, freshly painted buildings bode well of the new owners. The staff are friendly and have many community events that, while I don't attend, seem to improve the atmosphere. My neghbors are private people that i dont see much of, and I think that's important. The buildings are very sci-fi but I appreciate the privacy and value. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
