What can I say about chandler pointe apartments, for one it is a decent place to live. The apartment complex did go under new management and they did make alot of changes during the transition.
However I do not believe its the best deal in town. I do believe that you can get the same deal at any other apartment complex and for the same price at least a washer and dryer. I belive that is what sets the apartment complex back from others.Though the outside is looking good, their still is a lot of work that needs to be done on the inside of the apartments. Unfortunately, the complex is old and their competition beat them on more offerings.
Here are a few suggustions that I would recommend
1.washer and dryers in the apartmenst
2. new cabinets in the apartment, painting over white looks tackey
3.your by the freeway and not very visable for people to see, thats what kills you the most.
4.work out room, need to be bigger,it is just to small
5.the pool are would look nice if it was painted or redone
6.the light pools, i dont know how many times i have seen them broken out.
7.the parking issue,need to be redone,giving people parking spaces that are not even close to the apartment
8.you have such a big space for partys,do something with it.
I can go onand on but i will leave it at that. I never said its was a bad place however their are places that are better.
