Frustrated with maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I am living with buckets in my hallway to catch the water dripping from the A/C unit that is leaking condensation. Have been waiting for maintenance to fix this since May 4, 2006. Have not had a working smoke detector in all the time i've lived here.

Units are old and falling apart and not enough staff to fix problems.
