All I have to say is SLUMLORDS!!! Chandler Pointe is garbage. I will not even attempt to talk to the office staff here as they do not know a bit about management. The only person on staff here who has any people skills is the maintainance guy. I feel bad for him because he gets mistreated for the so called management teams mistakes. This is Arizona can you imagine not having A.C.for several days and having them tell you to live in you 90 degree apt for a week till we can call someone and not offer you a at least the demo apt. So you can keep cool' That's what happens then the make every excuse one can think of to out it off. Chandler Pointe is not a good place, it could be if they had a staff that cared.

As a former member of the office staff, i would like to explain what happened. the a/c was out for SEVERAL weeks, in many apartments as well as the office. the management company (who no longer oversees the complex) did not pay the a/c company. so they stopped serving our complex. then, we had to find a new a/c company. well they weren't paid EITHER. don't ask me why, i have no idea. the company has plenty of money. let's just be happy they're out of our hair. they were cheap.

1298 N CUYAMACA STREET IS OWNED BY BARBARA NICKERSON AND SHE IS A SLUM LORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHE WILL NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING INCLUDING THE PICKING UP OF TRASH. SHE WON'T PAY FOR PLUMBING AND SHE HAS THIS PLACE LOOKING JUNKIER THAT THE HALF-WAY HOUSE THAT IS DOWN THE STREET......... SHE IS A SLUM LORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
