I moved in here about two months ago. This apartment was built in 2006 so it is kind of brand new. As a matter of fact, nobody lived in my apartment when I moved in. The community is good and quite. There is a park right next to the apartment so I can do walking and jogging. Overall, it is ok but not the best for the money. The reason I moved here was because there was no better than this one available when I had to move out of my previous one.

The only reason I had to move out of the previous apartment was the noisy from the upstairs. He was driving me crazy by running a washing machine at 2, 3 AM. I expected a little better condition here in my new apartment but unfortunately not much better. Frankly, a little better because the lady upstairs does not drive me crazy at least in the middle of night so I can get goodnight sleep.
However, I can hear almost every foot step of her. I never heard this kind of foot steps from my friend's apartment. Maybe the floor is too thin. Other than that so far no major complain.

You know, im guessing the floors are RIDICULOUSLY thin because i live on the 2nd floor and the person below me complains about every little noise..and im a small girl i highly doubt my walking could be that loud so im guess it must echo down there or something...
