I've lived here for over a year and a half and love it. My neighbors are awesome and the people in the office are very nice. My only complaints is that my apartment faces the park and the sun shines directly into my apartment from all windows so it makes my apartment hot and dark (bring that I have to keep my blinds closed all the time) also because of being by the park I get mesquitos horribly from the canal that is just feet from the fence. We also have black widows and scorpions and when they started building that housing complex across the road I found a western diamondback at my front door.
But they are one of the few complexes that are perfectly fine with my reptiles. Even though the new owners do not allow reptiles they let me renew my lease because I had been there a year with no problems. And they have even let me bring my large lizard to the halloween party for the kids to play with (but my snakes are not allowed in the office lol)
The apartments are very spacious. I'm having a hard to finding another 100 sq. ft. apartment. I'm going to be sad to move and am only moving to be closer to my fiance and work.

Hmm I haven't had any bugs at all but i live on the north end of the property (far from the canal)..thats good to know though as we may be switching apartments in the community...
