This place is great! I have been staying here for almost six months now. We have had two or three minor maintenance problems, no issues with neighbors, no problems with management, no problems with theft or safety. The only thing that is a downfall is having to pay for gas and electric. Being on the second floor of a three story building, I can occasionally hear footsteps of the people above us, but never loud noise or parties. Other than that, the grounds are kept, the staff is really nice (especially the assistant) and rent is very reasonable.
