Hi, my name is Larry. My wife and I have lived at Club Cancun going on four years; and we have lived in apartments, our entire adult life. We rank this property with the best of the best. No apartment complex has done a better job than the team at Club Cancun, 'everyone', the Property Manager, Leasing Consultants and Mainenance staff. They have all provided us 'great customer service', and smiles. The landscape is always well kept, and clean; we have an assigned covered parking spot; and response time to a maintenance issue is usually same day. Their renter 'free access' to a good work-out facility, and large swimming pool save me money; and create an opportunity to meet other nice people.
Other great attributes about living here is access. There is a considerable range of places to eat, within a very close distance of the property; fast food, family dining and fine dining, as well as the Chandler Fashion Mall. The mall includes a Harkins Movie Theater. There is also Highway 101, which gives access, to other major highway connections.
That's it folks. I've done my part to save you from tirelesly running around the east valley, looking for a great place to live. The rest is uo to you. "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink."
Oh, I forgot to mention, they also offer free movie rentals, for kids and adults!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! IF THIS IS NOT SOMEONE WORKING FOR THIS DUMP THEN I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS!! I LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR AND THIS PLACE AS A WHOLE SUCKED! THE OFFICE STAFF WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, EVERYONE I MET THAT LIVED HERE WERE RUDE AND POMPOUS, AND THE APARTMENTS ARE BUILD LIKE CRAP!! STAY AWAY!!
