Talk about snooty. The manager here is the worst I have ever come across in any business. She always blames someone else for problems with the place. She is very unpleasant to deal with and tries to belittle any issues you bring in. I have heard several other people in the complex complain about her offensive and demeaning manner. I personally have been completely ignored by her while waiting to pay my rent (I was inquiring about the price of my utilities) while she was on the phone to the owner complaining that people keep moving out and there is nothing she can do about it. Lady, learn some customer service! The apartment complex itself is nice, but I have to agree with the previous two postings, the management in this place is the worst aspect of staying here. My advice ?? stay away.
