I have to agree with the below comments, the office staff really doesn't know a thing about customer service. They have a really snotty attitude and always dismiss your complaints as trivial. They often give innaccurate information. Vicki is quite rude and unhelpful. Looks like a really cushy job to be working at the cornerstone ranch office, you hardly ever have to do anything and you can act like you own the place.
