My family were long time residents here. During our stay the fitness center was closed multiple times because of faulty card access. One time it was closed for 3 months because management couldn't get their act together to come up with a solution; other times it was too hot to excercise because of problems with the thermostat. The clubhouse is too small to host a gathering, there is no stove/oven only a small refrigerator and 1 couch and a couple of chairs; plus its quite costly to rent: $75 non-refundable. The hot tub worked only half of the time; the pool was constantly shut down due to vandalizm (probably by disgruntled previous tenants); our neighbors were blamed for flooding caused by rusted water heater pipes; we asked about pest control because of all the roaches, black widows and scorpions...we were told "you live in AZ, it's part of the environment"; Problem with standing water in grassy areas - attracting mosquitos. There is constant turnover with office staff and maintenance. The manager is rude, uncooperative, condescending and snooty. Be smart and find somewhere else to rent!
