I dont know what the last two reviews are talking about but the current management we will call him "N" her "D". All renters need to be careful of this staff they have absolutely Zero people Skills.If you are thinking of renting here I would strongly advise against it, and would not reccomend these apartments to any one until the staff has been removed and the BBB has been notified.As for the aparments themselves, the windows are not sealed and you can feel the wind come through them at the seals. Electrical is very low grade and crime is really bad there. I saw 3 cars in the parking lot broken into all in the same weekend. Be careful is you rent here!

Crime comes in waves, you aren't protected anywhere. My car has been broken into at an apartment in mesa and a house in tempe. Just becuase you think you live somewhere nice, doesn't mean it can't happen to you. Don't blame that on the apartment complex.
