First of all I have read all of the reviews on this site. Sometimes when looking at reviews you have to look past some of the anger in the postings to see where the truth lies. Why is there such a contrast between the 2-3 people who say they like it here and the overwhelming evidence to the contrary' Simple, Nick (the assistant manager) wrote the last positive review in Oct. The management staff here is absolutely atrocious. If you want to live in a totalitarian style dictatorship, COME ON DOWN! You are told one thing when you sign your lease then the terms are changed midstream. Ex. Patio Furniture. For one person this can mean anything from decorations, outdoor lamps, wind chimes, stuffed birds and cast resin cherubim (angels) cluttering the inside and outside of their apartment. If you re liked. That s o.k. Others can have no furniture and only a grill and two plants but because a BROOM is left out...a notice is left. Yes. A broom. Another example. If you re a minority and like to live around your own kind..YOU RE IN LUCK!! The apartment will segregate you whether you like it or not. If you loose something major say....a shower, or microwave and can't eat or bathe. Then you re in luck because they will give you a key to another apartment somewhere in the complex that you can walk too for 3 days...yes these things happened to me. I don't know why a complex would TRY and it is a concerned effort to harass some of its residence. I have one theory. The Land Lord Tenant act prevents a landlord from discriminating if they minimum financial requirements are met. However this does not prevent them from creating a shifting bar of acceptance to you out. Basically...and thanks for reading this much, this is not a good place to live. They depend on Intel across the street for its supply of willing people who don't get paid enough to buy in the local area. Homes are $500,000 and up. There are many other apartments in walking distance. If you re an INTEL EMPLOYEE DON'T FALL FOR THE CONVIENCE!!! I will say though the maintenance staff is very polite, but they are not the problem. Its management constantly thinking up different ways to make life intolerable for "some" people. Hail NICK! and his over the hill bitter divorce manager boss. YOU WILL REGRET THIS MOVE...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

You got it right on. I had nothing but praise when we first moved in to this complex but that has turned out to be a fiasco. Our change of heart stems from the aforementioned famous Nick. He got it in for us for some reason and he has not let up. I WILL NOT EVER in the future recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The maintenance staff is wonderful but it stops there. I too was served with an eviction notice over stuff we had on the patio. I took everything of our patio to apease the management and went looking around and noticed all the crap stored on other people's patios. I asked the office if these individuals had received eviction notices as well. What's good for one Should be good for all but here it is not the case. Anyhow with all of that said, I don't have anything good to say about the complex.
