I recently had a scorpion issue and i think it is ridiculous that they will refuse to come out and help you with it. At 11 o clock at night, there certainly arent any exterminators open. And let me tell you, when the scorpion is hanging out kinda near the ceiling, even with standing on something, i certainly can't reach it to kill it. Their "community rules" release them of any responsibility for anything. It also states in there that they are supposed to be spraying for pests around the apartments, but i have no once seen them do it. I think that all the pest that keep showing up in my apartment is proof enough that they arent doing it. Whenever i have an issue with something, they say that there is nothing wrong with it. They replace parts with things that dont fit properly. I can't wait for my lease to be up and im kind of wishing that i had only signed for six months instead of a year. My water heater is outside too, which means that during these summer months, i dont get cold water.
