Since we've lived in this apartment, the gate has been broken half a dozen times, two garage complexes have burnt down and now the place looks completely abandoned because everyone's moved out. Not to mention the fact that the gate and one of the garages hasn't been fixed since the fire four months ago. If that's not an indication of the level of tenant satisfaction, I don't know what is. Don't get me wrong, the apartments are nice and some of the people in the office are as sweet as can be, but unless they fire the two-faced property manager and make some vast improvements, I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
