Recently I moved into this complex. Everything looked really good in terms of facility. Management appeared to be good and friendly. Unfortunately appearances and reality aren?t always the same.



Recently another garage burned to the ground -- arson this time supposedly. But management won?t address or answer the questions as to what happened. (given that I live here, shouldn?t I be able to get an answer as to what happened'''') Given the fact that a persons car is still sitting in the burned rubble of the remainder of the one garage complex, I assume things aren?t going too well in resolving...





I have gone to management twice to get things fixed. The first time it took me nine visits to the office to get a simple problem fixed. The second time I called and visited the office a couple of times again -- ultimately I had my boyfriend?s father come over and fix the problems that I had with the dishwasher backing up into the sink -- it was easier then dealing with the office and was fixed asap then.



I truly wish I would have done some more due diligence and knocked on a few doors before moving in here. I would have gotten a better assessment of the situation here -- thus I would have moved elsewhere. (there is a nice Mark Taylor residence just down the road. A friend moved there at the same time I moved there -- and they have had no problems or in dealing with management)



What?s sad is that this IS a nice complex with nice people -- thus it could be a nice place to live considering it is an apartment complex. I just wish they could terminate the management team and/or make a few personel changes to resolve the small issues. Most of the staff is friendly -- so I don?t know where the true problem is''



I guarantee I won?t be renewing my lease at renewal time -- I?ve already looked into breaking it so I could move someplace else -- but the buyout is rather severe to do at this time.



This is of course my two cent opinion. But I live here -- you don?t yet.
