I'm sure many of you know about the 80/20 rule. 80% of people are actually happy and a small 20% aren't. Except we always only hear from the 20%. Just like when we eat at a restaurant, if we enjoyed our experience and the service, do we ask for the manager just to pay a compliment' No!!!! However, if we have any single bad thing happen like the waiter getting one of our orders incorrectly, there is no shadow of a doubt that we will let our unhappiness be known. We will call the Manager, make a scene, make the waiter look so horrible and probably demand lots of compensation (Free Meal etc..). You know exactly what I am talking about!

I went on this web site to give Coronado Crossing high reviews as my token of appreciation for the unparalleled services rendered by the staff. I of course got to read some of the other reviews that low class cowards have placed. I do not agree with anything he/she said on the review.
I have only lived at Coronado Crossing for merely 10 months and it has been the best living accommodations I have ever experienced. I moved from the Apartment that they were raving about, San Cervantes. I was so unhappy there that I did not finish my lease. I paid lots of money just to get out. I do not have it in me however to belittle anyone so I will spare you the details of my living nightmare there. For the people who are looking for places to live, I urge you to look around carefully as it is where you and your loved ones will be living. But I do assure you that from the minute you walk into Coronado Crossing, you will know you found your new home....just like I did.

Don't let me make a decision for you though and especially don't let cowards influence your decision.
Go out to the places you are considering to move to and make a decision for yourself!
If you do, I am confident that you will be one of my very happy and satisfied neighbors.


As for these pitiful, low class cowards, it looks like they are only crying to get money or something and it didn't work.
Notice that their comments are not constructive and are made simply to be cruel and spiteful. Grow some balls and don't be cowards. I hope I never meet you because I do not like low class idiots.

Here are my 12 reasons why I recommend Coronado Crossing:

1) I hate moving but they managed to make my moving experience a breeze. All was done months before I was ready to move. I even received follow up thank you letters and follow up phone calls.

2) Everything I signed up for is exactly what I got. If you are dumb and can't read, I guess you could have issues. Lesson: read before you sign anything so that when you complain about something you thought you signed up for and didn?t get, you won't look like the idiot that you probably are.

3) I love that I can come to the office at Coronado at any given day and anyone and everyone is willing to help me. Even the Manager whose office is sort of hidden jumps off of her chair to assist me. Maintenance has even offered to help me with carrying my groceries.

4) During the first couple of days of my move, I had two friends that were helping me move and arrange my apartment. I called the office and spoke to one of the leasing agent to request that only 2 persons are allowed to be let in my apartment. Sure enough, my ex boyfriend came to the front office and asked to be let in. Even though the person I spoke to was not in the office when he came, my request was well documented that my ex boyfriend was in fact not let in.

5) Never had problems there either.

6) Hey, I was given a bottle of water but not a case. Gee's my friends and I could've used that! We were melting in the sun!!! That too kind of them, but I guess ungrateful idiots won't think so.

7) My garage was immaculate!
By the way, you have a nice car' how' you sound like a person who manages a taco stand' Oh-well. I think this person is a complainer, just sweep the garage instead of whining endlessly. Right guys'

8) All my keys were perfect.

9)I haven't had any problems/issues-ever (in 10 months)

10) Look in the mirror before you judge' I bet you are as ugly as you seem. Retard.

11)You want people to contact you so that you can commit slander. I would be very careful if I were you. Besides the normal people out there know better to judge for themselves and not let an unhappy psycho influence their decisions.

Maybe you ought to ask God to have you reborn and ask that he makes you less shallow.

The office staff are the most professional, efficient and genuinely kind people I have ever met. I will continue to live there until I finish my doctorate.
