I have lived at Coronado Crossing since the day they finished building my apt. (1999) I cannot tell you how efficient and pleasant the staff has been to work with since day one. My apt was exactly how the model apt I saw was. I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone and I do! My rent has not changed or gone up in 3 years because I see that they appreciate me as a good rent paying tenant! I chose to live at this community and will probably never move because of the wonderful staff and awesome experience I've had. In the past couple years that I have lived here I have attended many functions that the complex holds (one Month Free Rent was a prize at one of them), I have been given the most exceptional customer service that you could possibly give, and any time I need something done (ac filters changed the day I ask, etc.) they do it! I know that some people are very hard to please but, I honestly could not believe what previous people have said about this staff and the apt complex itself. Please take my word for it and go into the office just once and you'll know exactly what I am talking about. They have smiles on there faces and are always prepared to help me before I even ask.
