It is sad.

I live at Coronado Crossing. It is sad that an apartment complex with such potential has been left to the staff currently employed ... this includes the NEW MANAGER.

The five garages that burned down in the early spring remain black and gutted. The entrance gates are often broken. Many residents do NOT pick up after their dogs. Don't believe the "leasing specialist" that they will have it picked up. Dog waste sits for months sometimes without being removed.

POOL GATES are OFTEN PROPPED OPEN ... EVEN DURING OFFICE HOURS!!!! Day or night ... it doesn't matter. The office staff works just yards from these gates.

Air conditioner and heater in the apartment is terribly loud!!

Clothes dryer and main bathroom vents to the outside at the FRONT DOOR!!!

The apartments were built with lovely floor plans. The upkeep however has been minimal.

Maintenance staff regularly does not show up for appointments and when they do they are not prepared to fix items on the work order. Several times an employee has simply not known how to implement simple solutions to simple problems. We would rather do the repairs ourselves than spend days and days wasted on return visits and broken appointments.

Comments on the leasing staff - I could go on and on.

It is sad that you can not trust one person in the office to follow through with one task.

Stories from residents are similar. The sales person that convinced them to rent the apartment does not show for the signing of the papers and the lease is not as described by that sales person. Ours was totally rewritten three times.

The positive comments left on this website the week of 6/14/2003 sounded hauntingly familiar to the sales slang used regularly by the employees of Coronado Crossing prior to our signing the lease.

Again, the floor plans are lovely, the property is not well kept and you can not depend on promises from the office.

It is sad.
