Wow! My friend told me about this web site and I honestly wouldn't be writing this review but, it makes me nervous to think that these "children" in the previous reviews are going to ruin the chance of me having a good neighbor move in. That scares me. Everyone I have met here are just as sweet as can be (even the office staff).
When I rented the apartment, I worked with Michelle. She handled everything very professionally. Since I came on her day off, I had to work with Nikki when I did my lease paperwork who was also very efficient and professional. I have had a couple of concerns since I have lived here and those were all adressed immediately after I brought them to the managements attention. I am very pleased with the grounds and even the dog stuff that I have seen has been picked up soon after. I know that I am only one voice but, take my word for it and go in and talk to some of the residents at he computer or in the work out room or at the pool. I talk to them everyday and I am yet to hear a complaint about what these people have brought up. I know that the fire was a huge inconvenience but, I am happy to hear that noone got hurt. I think that you would really like living here and I hope that you don't listen to what one angry person is upset about. I agree with whoever mentioned the 80/20 rule. The 80% that are happy never take the time to express it but, you always hear from the 20% that are mad about something. Just do yourself a favor and really look past the 2 immature voices that are way too explicit and check this place out for yourself. Plus, keep in mind that I am a concerned resdident that just wants her voice heard so that the good people out there don't pass up the opportunity to live with good people (minus a few but, that's anywhere you go).
