Simpson Property Group is not to blame, we lived in another one of their properties which was ran professionally. The leasing staff was very organized and customer service oriented and the grounds were kept clean and in good repair.





As for Coronado Crossing,


1) the security gate is usually broken, we asked about it and were told that they are gathering quotes to fix it....maybe they should just fix it'





2) the office staff is unorganized, unfriendly, does not return phone calls, and is in desperate need of management training. Several of our neighbors have complaints of the office staff also.





3) the piles and piles of garbage laying around the complex are ugly, smelly, and a health hazard. This is due to the lazy residents who refuse to take their garbage to the dumpster. We even saw a neighbor leave her garbage on the sidewalk when she lives a mere 50ft from the dumpster, the closest possible apt and she can?t walk across the roadway'' The previous Simpson property we lived at was just as big or bigger than Coronado and had only 1 main dumpster that everyone BROUGHT their garbage to, there was no curbside service. If Coronado continues to to have curbside service, at least some type of garbage containers or bins should be erected.





4) parking spaces...why must they charge for covered spaces and garages' Pleanty of them are open, but no one wants to pay for them, which leaves everyone fighting for the uncovered parking places. Sometimes when you come home at night there are NO spaces, NONE, what are you to do' Park in a covered spot so you can just get towed'' Park outside the complex'' Might as well since the gates are wide open anyway.





Coronado has been an unpleasent experience and we hope to get a house as SOON as possible.
