My wife and I have lived here for 2 years or so, and am very satisfied with the staff, amenities, and rent. The property is kept in good shape, and the staff is very responsive and polite. It is true parking can be a bit tight after 8 PM, but there has always been a space somewhere. Garbage collection is different here - people leave trash on red curbs every M - W - F morning or the night before. Its ugly for a bit, but it only gets out of control when residents leave trash out all weekend, and that is not the fault of management. The rent is affordable, but mostly families and working professionals live there. Lastly, we once had a problem with noisy neighbors below us and management was very supportive. They gave the neighbors a strong warning that they would be evicted with one more noise violation. No major complaints. Of all the 30 places we have looked at in Tempe and Chandler, we are definitely satisfied with this one.
