I lived at Coronado Crossing during 2002 and have no major complaints about that experience. The staff was always friendly to my roommates and I. Michelle and Carmen were sure to smile or greet me when I saw them about the complex. The maintence staff was always friendly and always said hello as well. They were great about fixing anything we needed or changing the air filter in the climate control unit. We had a few issues, but all were resolved without incident. I have to say that no matter where I have lived or whom I have dealt with, there have been issues. The important thing is that they are recognized and corrected in a timely fashion, which was the case at Coronado Crossing. If it weren't for the rent being a bit pricey, I would still live there. The apartments are very attractive and realitively quiet. All of my neighbors were great! Although, I have to concede that I was greatful to have purchased a covered parking space. A must have! Uncovered can be quite the nightmare. Sounds like they still haven't gotten the trash figured out yet, which isn't the best situation. However, I've seen much worse. It really wasn't so bad when everyone did their part. Trash only goes out on certain days, don't forget. If it needs to go out now... then take it to the on-site compactor. It's really not that bad. Overall, my roommates and I really enjoyed the experience. It's definitely worth checking out.
