Reading past comments almost a year ago it doesnt surprise me that Coronado Crossings has told their tenants rent would be one thing before move-in and then change it later. I had an awful experience with them and would never in my life even think about living here because I dont trust them.

Three months ago I started apt. shopping because I wanted to get a head start on what's out there and look at the new complexes that are being built in chandler. I came across Coronado Crossings and they had an amazing special that I couldnt refuse so I put my 200 deposit in to hold the special, picked out the floorplan I wanted, and scheduled to move in three months later. I even had a paper filled out saying my move-in date, how much I deposited, rent amout, carpet color, what the special was and everything. Three weeks before I was suppose to move into my new apt I finally received a call from the leasing office telling me that they couldnt honor the special for the apt that I had picked out and that I needed to pick a smaller floorplan. Of course I refused because they did a bait and switch on me and I couldnt trust a complex who would do that to anyone because you never know what's next, besides the fact that it's just plain wrong.By this time I had already notified my current apt that I would be moving out and was beginning to plan and pack, so I was extremely upset. On top of that the leasing consultant threatened to keep my 200 dollar deposit! I didnt even fill out a credit application or leasing agreement or anything!!! After speaking to management they gave it back.

My advice be very careful with this complex and watch out for schemes.
