My wife and I lived here for 5 months from in 2001, before we had to move because of job change. Our experience was pretty good overall.

The location is very convenient and I thought it was pretty nice neighborhood. There's a large field across the street where people play soccer, fly kites and stuff.

It is gated, and I thought the gates worked most of the time. I think I've only encountered couple of times that the date didn't work.

Poor & Exercise room was average, as you would like in any other apartment.

One bad thing was that there was the air conditioner located right outside our bedroom window, which pretty much goes non-stop in the summer as it serves the 4 aparments in my section. It was difficult to get that noise out of your mind to fall asleep. I don't remember our neighbors making too much noise, so I think the sound insulation is pretty good.

I had to move because I needed to change job because of medical reasons, but the staff didn't give me any negotiation room for breaking the lease, I guess they were just trying to get as much as money as they can.

Parking was okay, covered parking is key. Don't even bother with the garage because you'll be hotter with your car in there. As long as you get a covered parking in the middle of the cover, the cars at the ends get some sun exposure at the beginning/end of the day.

Overall, I think I would recommend this place to anyone. And remember, they will give you lots of discounts in the beginning, like same day signing, and also if you work for some companies they'll cut out some deposit fee.
